14-Day Return Window

You can request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include their original packaging.

Once 14 days have passed since delivery, we do not accept change-of-mind return or refund requests. Requests submitted within the 14-day window remain eligible for review.

To request a return, use our Contact Us page and provide your order number and the item you wish to return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, clear photos of the issue.

The 14-day change-of-mind limit does not affect your rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable consumer law.

Return Shipping

Any applicable return shipping costs will be explained before you proceed with your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds.
