At Pelviora, estimated delivery is 3–10 working days after your order has been dispatched, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Delayed Orders

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, busy holiday periods, or customs processing may occasionally cause delays.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number. We’ll help check its status and investigate the delay.
